Privacy

Short version: MarketLab doesn't ask who you are, doesn't set tracking cookies and doesn't load third-party scripts.

What we collect

• No accounts. There are no logins, watchlists or alerts in this version, so no personal profile is created.
• No cookies. MarketLab doesn't set cookies, and there's no advertising or analytics tracking.
• Server logs. Like any web server, ours records standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser user-agent and referrer) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept on the server in Brisbane, rotated regularly, and not shared or sold.
• Email. If you email us (for example about a correction), we use your email only to respond.

Where data is stored

MarketLab is hosted on a server in Brisbane, Australia. No third-party content delivery networks, fonts or scripts are used.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete correspondence, by emailing corrections@marketlab.au. MarketLab aims to follow the Australian Privacy Principles even where the law might not require it.

If MarketLab adds features such as accounts or email alerts, this policy will be updated before they launch. Last updated: October 2026.
